Designed by renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills, 18-hole Black Gold has received numerous awards, including two Top Best Municipal Golf Course in Southern California by Southland Golf Magazine, Top 50 Golf Courses in Southern California by Southland Golf Magazine, a rating of 4 stars by Golf Digest best places to play, and Top 3 Best Public Golf Course in Orange County by the Orange County Register readers Golf Extra.
Additional Amenities course include a snack bar, lighted practice facility with natural grass practice stations and green (with sand bunkers of practice), and System Global Positioning (GPS) in every car that offers accurate yards to the pin and the ability to order food to be ready when "turning."
Something for everyone
Not a golfer? Do not let that stop you from visiting. The Park View Grill is open daily full service beginning at 6 am breakfast and lunch and snacks from noon to 7 pm every day, Lawrence Parker Executive Chef and his culinary team prepare a traditional American / continental favorites (with some decisions Mexico and Asia as well.) We are on a business lunch and enjoy a free wireless connection for your laptop.
Gold is also home to black special lunches and family events throughout the year including Easter Brunch, Mother's Day Brunch Sunday, and Father's Day BBQ. There is still time to make reservations for the exciting Fourth of July Family Golf Tournament and Fireworks Viewing Party. Reservations are required and space is limited.
