Set Various Teams

An example of a team building program developed by a team of 20 sales professionals functional sales team. The program was an afternoon program. The morning was dedicated sales team to discuss "best practices" and an interactive conference on game theory. Following the participants feel part of were challenged and encouraged to put ideas and theories in action!
12:00-12:10 Introduction and objectives for the Program
12:10-12:30 Animal Types
Overview: Participants are asked to choose an animal to illustrate their role in the team. Then The team is asked to choose an animal that represents your team
Results: Participants get to know better, the type of animals serves to break effective ice. Also discusses various stereotypes that accompany these animals the treatment includes the use of stereotypes to positive sales forces.
12:30-1:00 tie the knot
Overview: For the group to tie a knot in the middle section of the rope without anyone release of its strings. Palms stay flat on the ropes.
Results: This deceptively simple challenge is a good indicator of the ability of computers to share leadership and "best practices" among themselves. Conflicts arise when the "Shouters" panic and "quiet" can not express their ideas, because the "Shouters" is not heard. Listening and test ideas of team members and a reflection on how our teams performance is affecting our speed in carrying out the tasks.
1:00-1:45 Hoopdom
Overview: The group divided into 2 teams competing for victory. Each team is given 6 hula hoops and ~ 30 feet of rope. The teams face the challenge of creating a structure using the hoops and weave cord through openings in the ring structure without physically touching the structure. After a contest of all computer activity takes place when the group is challenged to build a tower of rings is self-sustaining.
Results: FUN! A look at the competition with cooperation.
1:45-2:15 Change Up
Overview: This activity explores the issue of change and setting team goals. Each player receives a card and asked him to have a variety of numerical and alphabetical order, each round more difficult than the last. In the final rounds the team should set a goal for the team.
Result: Change Up offers valuable information about the needs that different team members and information detail, how people like to work in either structured or unstructured approaches to problem solving (Change). Just as fast or slow people are willing to go ahead with a plan based on how much they know and understand about the solution. The adjustment component of the goal of this activity highlights chosen and how the team works towards common goals. Home to a debate on the objectives of stretching, achievable, and continuous improvement.
2:15-2:30 BREAK
2:30-3:15 Data Dump: Graphically performance evaluation
General information: group is split into teams of 3-4 participants. Each team will compete to transmit (move / stack) of information (marbles, balls, etc) in the reception area Customer (the circle on the paper) and the score results. The cups are represented client programs and backup programs (? We further customize this to fit the sales team?). You will use the scores of the data in tables and graphs. Each object has its own importance represented by dots. Each container has also its own priority level represented by a multiple of 1 to 8.
Results: The team has the challenge of prioritizing data and customer needs - in addition to its graphics performance and submit data to the other sales teams. Dump data is used to mimic the computer sales - highlighting small team effective communication, team leadership, shared, identify roles and responsibilities within each small team working to improve the process with each successive cycle, and troubleshooting of small teams.
3:15-3:50 Selling Power
Overview: Each participant is asked to choose a partner. Every little association will participate in the following competition stage - "You're trying to sell their services to a large corporation. Unfortunately, competition from other vendors is fierce. You need a way to ensure success. A decision making of the company has agreed to meet with you and other sales person in another company in a series of meetings. I hope you know what do to win the sale. "
Results: The sales strategy - as team members can use the brain based on the theory and the theory of games, some to compete with the sales team of competitors. It is important to have a strategy and determine what measures are necessary to achieve the sales targets. The energy sales activity shows that sales is not just a man in front of human activity.
