Mileage varies but is generally in the range 15 to 18 mpg. Ford as a pretty cool hybrid SUV out there, but is smaller and only accept 5 passengers.

Which brings us to the latest addition to passenger cars, crossover utility vehicle. As you might expect from the name, the crossover combines the attributes of several vehicles. A great example is the Ford Edge. In the crosshairs, one wonders is it a big truck, a van ... SUV? It's all of the above and usually a great option for families larger. When you look at new intersections you'll find 3 rows of well-appointed comfort to keep everyone happy on a long trip. The disadvantage of a crossover is as an SUV, who are not great gas mileage. Look out in 2010 for some new hybrid cars that seat 7 to appear in showrooms if the distributors.
